Works have been completed for an internal reconfiguration and extension to a private bungalow to allow for expanded open plan living spaces with provision of new shower room, kitchen, utility and cloak room. This scheme addressed our client’s requirements for open plan, single level accessible spaces which required a complete re configuration of the existing bungalow together with the extra space provided by the extension. Radiators were replaced with new underfloor heating throughout. The existing and new facades have been rendered to give the scheme a continuous finish, together with replacement matching casements.
Distinct Designs UK Ltd achieved planning and building regulations approval for this refurbishment, tendered the works and arranged the appointment with the contractor.
