Distinct Designs UK Ltd has achieved planning and building regulations approval for this extensive refurbishment project at Terrington St Clement, Norfolk. The scheme involved retaining existing features whilst improving the building fabric, and introducing a ground floor glazed link continuing the existing house into a new build side extension.
The substantial detached building is set in its own grounds and was constructed in 1904 with may original period features remaining and preserved as part of the refurbishment. The building has been stripped back to its shell allowing internal layout reconfiguration and insulation improvements. A new ground floor side extension allows for further ancillary accommodation, whilst maintaining the original facades.
