Distinct Designs UK Ltd has achieved planning & building regulations approval for this bespoke new build in Boughton, Norfolk. The scheme involved creating vaulted open plan living paces, with the principal roof line linking the living and bedroom accommodation.

The external roof and dormer design approach belies the higher vaulted internal spaces that were achieved. Key picture windows frame the extensive Norfolk countryside views. High-quality detailing and finishes throughout contribute to this successful project.
