This is an older project and was for a highly valued client who we have personally worked with for over twenty years on various London project commissions. It was completed in 2010.
This was an island site bounded by existing apartment buildings, pedestrian walkways, a network rail viaduct and Borough Road, and is directly opposite a South Bank University building. The building is highly visible on a corner plot. A mixed-use scheme consisting of 40 residential units from levels one to seven. Basement, ground and first commercial office and retail uses. The original planning scheme was altered, and developed into a compliant Building Regulation submission, followed by on site construction drawings, working closely with the concrete frame and principal contractor. Liaison with third party purchasers such a Tesco to integrate their operational and technical requirements into the shell & core as a fit-out compliance application.
