We follow the RIBA plan of work stages, however we can tailor our services to suit our Client's requirements such as; local planning policy reviews prior to land purchase, or sketch feasibility studies to aid project funding review etc. We offer a awide range of services including surveys, feasibility studies, concept design, Planning & Building Regulation submissions and tendering works to contractors and builders. We offer a full lead consultant role if required to coordinate the information flow between all apointed consultants, manufactureres and contractors.
In addition we can offer more specialist complementary design services such as computer rendered imagery and architectural photography to promote projects for folio or marketing purposes. We are associted with sales and letting agents, which has the advantages of coordinating land purchases or valuations with concept feasibility studies, or promoting the sales or rental potential of completed schemes through extensive marketing.
We are a skilled professional team, dedicated in providing the best service. We are associated to various other consultants through our Business Network Initiative and can recommend further specialist consultants as required to suit individual projects. Constantly changing build requirements such as planning legislation, building regulations, health & safety requirements and energy criteria all require a project team of dedicated consultants. On a regular basis we work with the same cdm coordinator, structural engineer, environmental & flood risk consultants, and selling & letting agent. We have an ongoing relationship with all key consultants to enable us to provide a coordinated service as lead consultant to our Clients.
