We were established in 2006 and have since grown steadily to achieve RIBA Chartered Practice status in 2009. The Chartered Practice status offers an appropriate benchmark to gauge our services offered and ultimately provided. This affords Clients with the assurance that Chartered Practices are committed to providing the best professional service. We operate the requisite quality management systems, continued professional training, health & saftey policy, employment policy, cary full professional indemnity insurance and follow the RIBA Code of Conduct in administering our services to our Clients. We have also established ongoing framework agrements with local Borough Councils.

As a practice we have no pre conceived ideas of what a Client needs. We discuss every commission in detail, at every stage, to ensure the Client is fulfilling their design & cost requirements for the project. This continual dialogue and understanding ensures a smooth project delivery. A well managed design process offers the Client and project inherent value for money. Good design keeps costs down and within budget during construction, ensures resulting low operation costs are designed in from inception, reduces ongoing maintenance and maximises the residual value of the scheme upon completion.
